Under the supervision of the ED/CEO, the VP of Rental Assistance performs administrative and professional work in planning, organizing, and overseeing the Section 8 rental assistance programs currently consisting of over 4,000 units. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing specialized programs such as the Moderate Rehabilitation program, the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program, the Section 8 Voucher Homeownership Program, the Section 8 Project Based Voucher Program and the Family Unification (FUP) program.
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, public administration, or related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in real estate management, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory capacity. Master’s Degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Preference may be given to applicants with Section 8 Management Certification and/or Certified Property Manager (CPM)
