Chapel Hill, NC (population 60,000) is in need of a new Public Housing Manager to lead the division’s staff and manage a budget of approximately $4.5M. This position will report to the Director of Affordable Housing and Community Connections. The public housing portfolio consists of 296 units in 12 neighborhoods. This position is an excellent and unique opportunity for a public housing professional on the rise to oversee all public housing activities in a collaborative and supportive environment.
