Murfreesboro Housing Authority seeks a Community Manager-Property Manager to manage three public housing developments that are under the conversion process to RAD.   The individual must enjoy working with people from all walks of life; must have experience in public housing, must be certified in LIHTC and Multi-family housing or willing to become certified.  Must have five or more years-experience managing such properties; Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration or social sciences; experience supervising employees.  Compatible salary and benefits.  Send resume to Murfreesboro Housing Authority, Community Manger/Property Manager, 415 N.
