The New Reidsville Housing Authority (TNRHA), located in Reidsville, NC, is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Executive Director. The candidate must have experience in the administration and management of a public housing authority. TNRHA administers 226 Housing Choice Vouchers and 100 units of Public Housing with an annual operating budget across all programs of approximately $2.3 million and a staff of 7 full-time equivalent employees. The Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is comprised of 7 members, each appointed by the City Council.
The successful candidate will direct, supervise, plan, maintain, and coordinate all activities and operations of the Authority. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to property management, procurement, capital planning, personnel management, budgeting, finance, and grant management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and statutes as well as Authority policies and procedures.
