The Virginia Association of Housing and Community Development Officials (VAHCDO) will be offering Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) training in Bristol, VA on May 13-14, 2020. The training will include NSPIRE, the new inspection protocol, and the trainer will be Dennis Dibello with American Property Consultants, Inc.
