VAHCDO UPCS Training

The Virginia Association of Housing and Community Development Officials (VAHCDO) will be offering Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) training in Bristol, VA on May 13-14, 2020.  The training will include NSPIRE, the new inspection protocol, and the trainer will be Dennis Dibello with American Property Consultants, Inc.  Additional information and the registration form is attached.  Should you have additional questions, don’t hesitate to ask.  We hope to see you there!
