Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk will be received by the Franklin Housing Authority, 200 Spring Street, Franklin, TN 37064 until April 15, 2024 at 2:00p.m. This Request for Proposals encompasses CMAR services for Shawnee Place Apartments, located in Franklin, TN, and Cherry Hill Apartments, Located in Waverly TN.
This request contains the provision for a Solicitation Meeting to be held on April 1, 2024 at 10:00a.m. at 100 Spring Street, Franklin, TN 37064.
