KCDC will receive sealed bids for the construction of a New Senior and Handicapped Housing Facility for Five Points Phase 1 as detailed in the solicitation document. The blueprints and plans are available at Knoxville Blueprint. A prototype contract is posted for vendor’s review.
KCDC will execute a very similar contract with the successful vendor.
