The Alachua County Housing Authority (ACHA) is soliciting, through the attached Request for Proposals, qualified individuals or firms to perform independent professional audit services for the engagement period of three years with up to two one-year extensions based upon performance. The services shall consist of examining all funds of the ACHA to perform a comprehensive audit of all ACHA programs. Audit services will begin with fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
ACHA has created this Request for Proposal (RFP) to be completed by all interested vendors and will review both technical and cost considerations for each proposal. The contract and award will be made at ACHA’s discretion. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request and whom have notified us of their intention to submit a proposal. We will also post updates to the Request for Proposal documents on the ACHA website at www.acha-fl.com/procurement.
