FHLBank Atlanta’s new Workforce Housing Plus+ Program [click.corp-fhlbatl.com] was created to support affordable housing for prospective homebuyers with incomes between 80.01 to 120 percent of area median income. Qualifying homebuyers can receive up to $15,000 [click.corp-fhlbatl.com] to put towards the purchase of a home. $10 million in funding has been made available, and members can apply for up to $500,000 each in 2024.
Funds will be distributed on a first come, first served basis with applications becoming available on June 3, 2024.
