MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance/accounting, or related field and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in residential property management. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Pay Range: $40,000 – $43,000 Annually, Depending on Experience. Excellent benefit package with 8.8% company retirement plan contribution.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of the Senior Asset Manager, the Occupancy & Leasing Specialist (Asset Manager) assists with daily operations of affordable housing including, but not limited to: marketing, leasing, resident retention, resident receivables, implementation of site-based regulatory requirements, and reporting activities. The incumbent also addresses leasing and occupancy issues. The property may be a public housing development or private market units.
